The Bower is a striking, contemporary building offering a strategically located 151,000 sq ft of world-class office accommodation. Global companies with a presence there include Apple (UK), GlaxoSmithKline, Hasbro, Marks & Spencer, IBM UK and many others.

Integra was responsible for a CAT A project along the western corridor. We installed perimeter wall linings designed to provide excellent U values, while also providing sharp junctions with curtain walling and external glazing. In addition, we installed drywall partitions to create core WC areas and riser cupboards.

This project is a great example of how we can add value and reduce costs by combining both ceilings and drywall to create exceptional results.

We also created plasterboard perimeter margins to encase metal SAS suspended ceilings throughout the open floors. This gives future tenants flexibility for their own fit-out projects. A triple height reception ceiling was also coordinated with a heavy, joinery-made ceiling feature that hung from our supports.
