The floors were heavily cellularised, needing full-height drywall partitions with a strong emphasis on acoustic performance.
The ceilings for the offices and common areas required a mix of both plasterboard and SAS system 200 with integrated lighting and grilles. The core areas and breakout spaces needed a blend of architectural metal troughs and GRG curves which swept through the corridors.
The project was a major challenge and we worked painstakingly to get it right. It was a privilege to work with Structure Tone and we are very proud of the end result.
On the uppermost floors, we installed metal Hunter Douglas slatted ceilings and Autex curved baffles, which combined to give a high-end, contemporary look.
