In every aspect of our work, Health & Safety comes first.

We want every one of our team to work safely, avoid injury and not take unnecessary risks.

Creating a culture of safe working is essential in our industry. Our staff receive regular training in Health & Safety, while we undertake regular inspections at all of our project sites.

Our Health & Safety work is fully accredited and subject to external inspection. We are currently one of the few companies in our sector that hold ISO 45001 – the first global standard for occupational Health & Safety.

Making work safer

We do much more than simply meet legal Health & Safety requirements.

We meet with equipment suppliers before buying, ensuring their products meet our safety requirements. Most importantly, we get our workers involved in trialling PPE equipment, helping us to provide them with protection that helps rather than hinders their work. We also trial new technology that can result in safer working practices.

No project is worth sacrificing the health and wellbeing of our team. If a colleague has a Health & Safety concern, we’ll work hard to solve it fast.

Our aim is to ensure that our projects cause no injury or ill health to any person. Our track record in achieving this is excellent – but we never make the mistake of taking it for granted.
