Paul Dean , Senior Commercial Manager

After completing a degree in construction, Paul joined the industry in 2001. Starting work at his dad’s joinery firm, he joined a drylining company the following year and became one of its directors in 2008. In 2010 he took a five-year career break in the Middle East to raise his three sons and, after returning to the UK, he worked for a variety of fit-out companies, including Celtic Contracts and CIM.

Paul joined Integra in early 2025, bringing a wealth of experience with him. In his role as Senior Commercial Manager, he ensures project payments are on time, avoiding potential disruption. This not only means ensuring that subcontractors are paid, but also that main contractors pay us at the correct times. Within a month of starting at Integra, Paul was working on major London projects such as those for Amazon and Paul | Weiss.

One of the things Paul most enjoys about his role is seeing projects come to fruition. As he says, “Delivering high-quality work always makes you feel good.”

In his spare time, Paul is a passionate cyclist and golfer. He’s also a keen DIY enthusiast, happiest when he’s working on major improvements such as the building of his summerhouse.
