Mark Harris , Operations Manager

Mark has over 37 years’ experience in the suspended ceilings sector. Beginning his career as a ceiling fixer in 1987, he gained a lot of hands-on experience before founding his own company – Ceiling Installation & Maintenance (CIS) – in 1998.

CIS originally undertook aftersales and maintenance works, but soon moved into the fit-out market, working for major firms such as Canary Wharf Contractors and ISG. In 2005, Mark was joined by Paul McDonagh and Lee Price as equal directors, allowing them to establish CIM as a highly regarded Tier 1 contractor.

Marks’s experience gives him invaluable knowledge and skills for delivering end-to-end projects. He has been involved in a wide range of significant fit-outs, with recent highlights including Land Securities (Victoria Street), Procession House (Ludgate Hill), Penguin Random House (One Embassy Gardens) and Apollo Global Management (1 Soho Place).

Unfortunately, CIM was badly affected by the collapse into administration of main contractor ISG. Due to monies owed, CIM had no alternative than to enter into voluntary liquidation. It was a sad end to an era, but Mark is now glad to be able to bring his long experience to Integra to help open the next chapter in our growth.

In his spare time, Mark is a keen athlete, particularly enjoying road cycling, football and golf. He’s also passionate about home renovation and likes to plan well-earned holidays.
