Lee Price , Senior Commercial Manager

Lee has worked in the industry for 35 years, starting out as a surveyor before moving into construction. He began working in interior fit-out in 1999 and became a director of CIM in 2005. He joined Integra with a number of his CIM colleagues in early 2025.

As Senior Commercial Manager, Lee is primarily involved in pre-construction work. This involves everything from winning work to pricing it. He likes to engage with clients early on and can help them with pre-construction design. Once a package is ready, he and team members will price it. He’ll then work with the client to value engineer the work as much as possible. “It means we build up good relations with the client,” he says, “and by delivering fantastic work everyone is happy. This often leads to winning future projects.

Lee brings a huge amount of experience to Integra. He’s particularly excited to see how he can make the process from pre-construction to handover to the contracts team as smooth and efficient as possible. “It’s interesting to compare how Integra works with the way that we worked at CIM. I think there’s a lot to be learned from both, and by combining the best methodologies from each I think we’ll be able to make major improvements.”

When he has some free time, Lee and his wife like to socialise with good friends, often going on walks together with their dogs – and, of course, visiting country pubs! He also enjoys working on his house, an ongoing project that has seen him strip rooms back to joists and rafters before starting afresh.
