Jay Hollis , Contracts Manager

Jay started his career in the building trade, getting hands-on experience of building walls, ceilings and much more. When he joined Integra over a decade ago, he worked on-site before progressing to become Contracts Manager.

Today, Jay’s role involves overseeing the daily running of a variety of sites, ranging from data centres to shopping malls and former power stations. He’s responsible for making sure site supervisors have the equipment and materials they need, as well as making sure colleagues are working safely.

Jay is motivated by seeing unique projects progress from the design stage to completion. Because we work on so many specialist projects, he’s been involved in everything from airport lounges to prestigious offices for global investment banks. He particularly likes the working atmosphere at Integra, appreciating the way teams gel together to get work done to the highest quality.

When Jay has some free time, he’s generally thinking about getting back to work – but is also keen on decorating and gardening, as well as going to watch his son play rugby for various squads, including the Saracens U14s.
