Mace praises Mick’s work at Heathrow

Mace Group has singled out Integra Supervisor Mick Choppen for praise, thanks to his work at Heathrow.

He was complimented for leading by example, making sure work is always completed safely and taking real care and pride in everything he does. In addition, Mick was commended for forming “a great relationship with the Security Team leader, making sure he walks the area with them at the beginning and end of each shift to make sure they are happy with how he has left the area.”

Integra Director, Michael Trayfoot also paid tribute to Mick’s work. “He’s been with us for over 10 years now, having started as fixer. It was clear early on that he was a great leader and he worked hard to pass all his Health & Safety and First Aid qualifications. He’s now a really good supervisor, reliable when called upon and trusted equally by our clients, management and his team. If he thinks something isn’t safe, he’ll stand down the workforce until he’s confident it is. We’re delighted that Mace has given recognition to Mick’s work and hope he’ll continue to lead by example for many years to come.”
