Integra is Gold Winner at the FIS Awards 2021

Integra is delighted to announce that the company has been named Gold Winner for Suspended Ceilings at the FIS Contractors Awards 2021.

The award was for our work on ceiling and beam installation at the iconic 70 St Mary Axe building in London.

Working with Mass Concrete, our work in the reception area ensured precise alignment between ceiling and wall finishes, creating an eye-catching and unique space. A polished chrome Tubeline ceiling was designed to be fully demountable, allowing all MEP services to be contained within it while maintaining the desired acoustic functions. We even created off-site mock-ups to ensure the correct light variance and lux levels would be achieved.

The judges praised the unique suspension system we created. They said: “The finished result is exceptional – in the double-height space of this spectacular reception area, the ceilings reflect the external cladding lines to create a unique, dramatic space. Top-quality work from Integra.”
