Our collaborative approach to Health and safety ensures that all Integra staff have a voice which leads to a safe and positive working environment.

Creating a culture of safe working is vital if health and safety standards are to be maintained. Our staff receive regular training and our sites are regularly audited.

We are currently one of the few companies in our sector that hold ISO 45001 – the first global standard for occupational Health & Safety.

Making work safer

We raise the standard beyond the legal requirements.

We trial all new Health and Safety equipment to get feedback from our workforce before introducing across our business. This ensures that we are able to provide our team with products that they have helped develop. A good example of this is our latest range of plasterboard trolleys where we held a training/ development day at our head office.

We have an open door policy when it comes to health and safety. If any member of the Integra team has an idea or a concern they are encouraged to raise their suggestions immediately with the Integra Directors.

No project is worth sacrificing the health and wellbeing of our team.
