The complexities of the initial phase included the removal and onsite storage of thousands of square metres of base-build ceilings, ensuring no items were damaged or misplaced. We did this using purpose-built storage boxes, which were built on-site by our teams. Removing and reinstating the perimeter pitched bulkheads and GRG coving also challenged our design and installation team – but we took enormous care and the final product looked fantastic.
To be awarded both phases of this project was a testament to the exceptional work carried out by our teams, from initial estimating right through to delivery.
The second phase had a more contemporary design intention, featuring exposed soffits in the communal and circulation areas that we had treated to absorb reverberation. Other elements of particular interest were the tear-drop shaped, folded plasterboard bulkheads plus the reception mesh ceilings on the ground floor.
To be awarded both phases of this project was a testament to the exceptional work carried out by our teams, from estimating through to delivery. We are proud of the trust our clients have in our ability to deliver high-profile projects of this nature.
