We recently completed this ceiling installation on behalf of ISG InteriorExterior plc at a building in London’s Barbican district.

There were several specified ceiling types for this project, together needing an exceptionally wide variety of materials to make the specialist and bespoke constructions. These included MF plasterboard ceilings, margins and blind boxes, metal blind boxes, SAS systems 330, 150, 750 Tubeline and 800 Truecell, Knauf perforated plasterboard, Stil acoustic linear 12, ACE metal timber veneer ceiling systems, Kvadrat fabric panels and ACE bespoke service troughs.

This complexity of this project saw us working with an incredibly wide variety of materials to achieve the architect’s vision.

The project involved work on 8 floors and included a combination of open-plan offices, general areas, specialist floors, a staff café and wellness areas.

The design was very complex due to the architect’s use of acoustic materials that weren’t always made for proprietary ceiling systems. Our in-house design team worked closely with architects T.P.Bennett to turn the concepts into reality – and they were delighted with the results.
