Ben Crompton, Operations Director

Operations Director, Ben, has worked his way up the company since joining us as a ceiling fixer. Over the years he has served us as a highly effective project manager, contracts manager and senior contracts manager.

“My career has developed,” he says, “because one of Integra’s key attributes is investment in its staff. I learned early on that you have to go the extra mile for clients and uphold very high standards. I pride myself on building relationships with clients and on working closely with architects, consultants and construction experts. Winning repeat business is a key measure of our collective success.”

Asked what type of person would flourish at Integra, Ben says: “If you have a lot of different skills, energy and a can-do attitude, then you’ll succeed at Integra. Your role will grow, you’ll build excellent teams and – although you will have the freedom to make your own decisions – senior management will always back you when you have to make tough calls.”
