Kia Murphy , Compliance Manager

After a career spent largely in the construction sector, Kia joined us in an administrative role. Since then, she’s developed her skills and is now our Compliance Manager.

In this role, Kia is responsible for assessing the environmental impact of each one of our projects. She collates data such our usage of electricity and materials, the waste we produce and the CO2 emissions generated by our work. She also creates Operational Maintenance Manuals that show our end clients exactly what we’ve installed and where. This allows them to make their maintenance work as efficient as possible.

Kia has worked in a number of industries, but says she has always preferred working in construction. She says: “In construction, everyone’s really friendly. I really like working at Integra because the people are lovely and close-knit like a family. People are willing to support you in both your work and your personal life. I’ve never worked in such a great environment.”

In the future, Kia would like to develop her skills further and learn about different areas of our business. In particular, she’s interested in gaining more experience in quality management.

In her spare time, Kia likes to keep fit by working out at the gym. She also loves travelling so, for her, holidays are a time to explore new countries and cultures.
